PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MARCH 28, 1994 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15 , Town Office Building, I? <br /> was called to order at 7 07 p.m by Chairman Domnitz, with members Canale, Davison, <br /> Grant, Merrill, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assistant Planner Marino present <br /> ***************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 58 Applications To Be Heard on March 31, 1994 Mrs. Davison gave an oral review <br /> of the following applications <br /> 191 Spring Street, 191 Spring Street Trust, extend, renew and reissue to <br /> 10/25/95 a special permit with site plan review for development of two <br /> buildings. The Planning Board noted with approval Boston Properties' continu- <br /> ing sponsorship of and active involvement in the South Lexington Transporta- <br /> tion Task Force <br /> The Board agreed to make no comment on the following application also scheduled to <br /> be heard on March 31, 1994 <br /> 191 Spring Street 191 Spring Street Trust, extend, renew and reissue to <br /> 10/25/95 a special permit to permit a driveway on Lot 2 to lead to parking <br /> on Lot 1 <br /> *********************** ARTICLES FOR 1994 TOWN MEETING *********************** <br /> 59 Planning Board Positions on Warrant Articles <br /> Article 22, Land Exchange/Lowell and North Street: On the motion of Mrs Davison, <br /> seconded by Mr Canale, the Planning Board voted unanimously to endorse this <br /> article. <br /> Article 28 Woodland Road/Land Transfer to LexHAB The Board agreed to take no <br /> position on this article but will make a comment at Town Meeting. <br /> Article 29 Pooper Scooper On the motion of Mr Canale, seconded by Mrs. Davison, <br /> the Board voted unanimously to endorse this article <br /> ****************************************************************************** <br /> 60.
