PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MARCH 21, 1994 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office Building, <br /> was called to order at 7 08 p m by Chairman Domnitz, with members Davison, Merrill, <br /> Planning Director Bowyer, and Assistant Planner Marino present Mr Canale and Mr. <br /> Grant arrived during Item 54 <br /> ***************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 55 Dana Court. Decision on Definitive Plan Direction to Staff The Board agreed <br /> to grant the waivers requested by the developer They also agreed to include a <br /> condition in the special permit that the developer must maintain the split rail <br /> fence to be installed in place of the chain link fence and also reconstruct the <br /> wrought iron fence in front of 669 Massachusetts Avenue. <br /> Mr Grant argued for the name Dana Court for the subdivision street He believes it <br /> fits the history of the district Mr Bowyer suggested that a first name be added <br /> to avoid the sound-alike names that concern the fire and police departments. Ellen <br /> Dana Court was suggested <br /> The Board agreed to approve the subdivision with the waivers requested <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 56 Applications To Be Heard on March 31. 1994 Mr. Canale gave an oral review of <br /> the following applications <br /> 399 Lowell Street, Lexington House of Pizza, renewal of a special permit to <br /> operate a fast food/take out food service The Board agreed to recommend that <br /> approval of this special permit renewal for a five-year period <br /> The Board agreed to make no comment on the following applications, also scheduled to <br /> he heard on March 31, 1994 <br /> 201 Massachusetts Avenue Movies 'n More, renewal of special permit for <br /> illuminated sign <br /> 6 Wadman Circle, Gary Larson, special permit to demolish and replace a garage <br /> *********************** ARTICLES FOR 1994 TOWN MEETING *********************** <br /> 57. Article 12, Street Acceptance and Construction The Board signed their report <br /> to Town Meeting recommending approval of this article <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7 57 p m. <br /> { Richarc L.
