PLANNING BOARD <br /> MEETING OF MAY 3, 1993 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 04 p m. by Chairman Williams, with members <br /> Canale, Davison, Domnitz, Grant, Assistant Planner Marino and Secretary Tap <br /> present. <br /> *********************** ARTICLES FOR 1993 TOWN MEETING *********************** <br /> 65. Article 30, Locke Village The Board reviewed and revised a draft dated <br /> May 3, 1993 of a revised recommendation to Town Meeting On the motion of Mr. <br /> Grant, seconded by Mrs Davison, the Board voted 3-2, Mr. Domnitz and Mr. <br /> Canale opposed, to recommend that the Town Meeting reconsider Article 30 and <br /> approve the revised plan as resubmitted by Woodhaven Realty and that the <br /> Planning Board approve the revised report and recommendation <br /> 66 Article 38 Marrett Road/Route 2A Resolution TMMA material provided to <br /> the Town Meeting claims that the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board <br /> support this plan. Though that is not the case, the Planning Board agreed to <br /> listen to the presentations at Town Meeting on this article and, if necessary, <br /> to comment that they have not seen the State's construction plans for that <br /> area of Route 2A and so do not support them specifically, although they do <br /> support the objective of Article 38. <br /> ************************ PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT *********************** <br /> 67 110 Grove Street Rollout of Sketch plan The Board looked briefly at a <br /> plan for a three-lot, single-family subdivision. The two alternatives <br /> submitted were reviewed. <br /> ***************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 68 Applications To Be Heard in May. 1993 Mrs. Davison gave an oral review <br /> of the following applications <br /> 297 Bedford Street, Nancy Butters, L.I.C.S W. , renewal of special permit <br /> to use portion of a residence as an office. The Board will recommend <br /> strongly that the house numbers be replaced with much larger numbers so <br /> that they are easily readable by the driver of a car on Bedford Street. <br /> The Board agreed to make no comment on the following applications <br /> 85-A Pleasant Street, Isaac and Lili Silvera, special permit for <br /> driveway to serve as common driveway <br /> 186 Bedford Street, Eliot Community Human Services, Inc , special permit <br /> for a sign. Mrs. Davison abstained from voting as she is a member of <br /> the corporate board. <br />
