PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 30, 1992 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7:36 p m. by Chairman Williams, with members <br /> Domnitz, Grant, Planning Director Bowyer, and Secretary Tap present. Mrs. <br /> Davison and Mrs. Wood arrived during Item 141 . <br /> *************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *************** <br /> DETERMINATION OF GRADE AND CONSTRUCTION OF UNACCEPTED STREETS <br /> 141. Bennington Road. status re Zoning Man Mr. Bowyer explained that <br /> Bennington Road appears on the Zoning Map correctly, but it appears incor- <br /> rectly on the list of Non-Streets That Do Not Appear on the Zoning Map. A <br /> site visit showed that the unaccepted section of Bennington Road described <br /> below is paved wider and appears to be in better condition than the adjoining <br /> public section of the Road Part of Bennington Road should appear on the list <br /> of Unaccepted Streets That Appear on the Zoning Map; the remainder should <br /> continue to appear on the list of non-streets. On the motion of Mrs. Wood, <br /> seconded by Mr. Grant, the Board voted unanimously to make the following <br /> changes in the lists: <br /> A. to add to the list, UNACCEPTED STREETS THAT APPEAR ON THE ZONING MAP <br /> "Bennington Road", map grid. "7D" , Location: "from end of public <br /> way", Length: "200 ft " ; <br /> B. To revise the list NON-STREETS THAT DO NOT APPEAR ON THE ZONING MAP, in <br /> the entry for Bennington Road under the section heading "Type Reason" <br /> so it now reads <br /> "Private Drive -- from the end of the unaccepted portion to Pelham <br /> Road, more than 10% grade, narrow, one-]ane" <br /> PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 142. Form A/92-5 Lots 63A-1 & 63B-1. Muzzev and Forest. Streets The Board <br /> reviewed a plan showing that an irregular lot line between lots 63A-1 and 63B- <br /> 1 is being straightened . <br /> On the motion of Mrs. Davison, seconded by Mr. Domnitz, it was voted unani- <br /> mously <br /> to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass." , dated <br /> Sept. 22, 1992, certified by William F. McNary, Registered Professional <br /> Land Surveyor, with Form A/92-5, by applicant William H. Hamilton, <br /> Trustee, Lincoln Park Realty Trust, as it does not require approval <br /> under the Subdivision Control Law <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 143.
