PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 30, 1992 The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office Building, was called to order at 7:36 p m. by Chairman Williams, with members Domnitz, Grant, Planning Director Bowyer, and Secretary Tap present. Mrs. Davison and Mrs. Wood arrived during Item 141 . *************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *************** DETERMINATION OF GRADE AND CONSTRUCTION OF UNACCEPTED STREETS 141. Bennington Road. status re Zoning Man Mr. Bowyer explained that Bennington Road appears on the Zoning Map correctly, but it appears incor- rectly on the list of Non-Streets That Do Not Appear on the Zoning Map. A site visit showed that the unaccepted section of Bennington Road described below is paved wider and appears to be in better condition than the adjoining public section of the Road Part of Bennington Road should appear on the list of Unaccepted Streets That Appear on the Zoning Map; the remainder should continue to appear on the list of non-streets. On the motion of Mrs. Wood, seconded by Mr. Grant, the Board voted unanimously to make the following changes in the lists: A. to add to the list, UNACCEPTED STREETS THAT APPEAR ON THE ZONING MAP "Bennington Road", map grid. "7D" , Location: "from end of public way", Length: "200 ft " ; B. To revise the list NON-STREETS THAT DO NOT APPEAR ON THE ZONING MAP, in the entry for Bennington Road under the section heading "Type Reason" so it now reads "Private Drive -- from the end of the unaccepted portion to Pelham Road, more than 10% grade, narrow, one-]ane" PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW 142. Form A/92-5 Lots 63A-1 & 63B-1. Muzzev and Forest. Streets The Board reviewed a plan showing that an irregular lot line between lots 63A-1 and 63B- 1 is being straightened . On the motion of Mrs. Davison, seconded by Mr. Domnitz, it was voted unani- mously to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass." , dated Sept. 22, 1992, certified by William F. McNary, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, with Form A/92-5, by applicant William H. Hamilton, Trustee, Lincoln Park Realty Trust, as it does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS 143.
