Lexington Ridge Mr. Bowyer reported that the decision of the Housing
Appeals Committee on the appeal of Lexington Ridge is an important victory for
the Town. The developer also filed an appeal in the courts some time ago,
however, and on Monday, July 6, there is a motion session in court. Having
HAC's decision in the Town's favor is a plus as it means that the state will
also be a defendant in the appeal in the courts
102 Brookhaven. The Board discussed the recent Board of Appeals decision
that Brookhaven of Lexington's proposed changes are minor and do not require a
public hearing. Concerned that with this reasoning a developer could come
back after 5 years and add to his project, they agreed to consider proposing
an amendment to the Zoning By-Law, to be considered by the 1993 Town Meeting
It would define minor revisions and the time period in which minor revisions
could be made.
************************ PLANNING BOARD REGULATIONS **************************
103.
