PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MAY 4,1992 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 04 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. Williams, with <br /> members Davison, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Planner Marino and <br /> Secretary Tap present. Mr Grant arrived during Item 76. Mr. Domnitz was <br /> absent. <br /> 75. Review of Minutes The Board reviewed and corrected the minutes for the <br /> meetings of March 2, March 9 and April 29, 1992. On the motion of Mrs. Wood, <br /> seconded by Mr. Williams, it was voted 3-0 to approve the minutes as amended. <br /> ************************ PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT *********************** <br /> 76. Staff Reports: <br /> a. Wright Street Extension Mr. Bowyer reported that on May 4, Fred <br /> Russell of the BSC Group-Bedford, Inc. , filed the Definitive Subdivision <br /> Plan entitled the Wright Street Extension development. <br /> b. 1992 Zoning By-Law• Mr Bowyer also reported that Mrs. Tap is updating <br /> the 1992 Zoning By-Law, and that it will probably go to the printer by <br /> the end of the week. <br /> ***************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br /> PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 77. Form A/92-3. Meriam Street and Oakmount Circle The Board reviewed a <br /> plan that adds two small lots to two existing lots, one with frontage on <br /> Meriam Street and the other with frontage on Oakmount Circle, each with <br /> adequate frontage on a public way. <br /> Mr. Grant stated that he would abstain from considering this application as he <br /> represented one of the applicants in another matter unrelated to this applica- <br /> tion. <br /> On the motion of Mrs. Wood, seconded by Mrs. Davison, it was voted 3-0, Mr. <br /> Grant abstaining, to endorse the plan entitled Subdivision Plan of Land in <br /> Lexington, MA, dated March 26, 1992, certified by John L. Noonan, Professional <br /> Land Surveyor, with Form A/92-3, by applicant John M. Farrington, as it does <br /> not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 78. Applications To Be Heard in May. 1992 Mr. Grant gave an oral review of <br /> the following applications <br /> 647 Lowell Street, Mobil Oil Corporation, special Hermits in accordance <br /> with sections 13.1.4, 13.2.5, 13.4.4, 10 3.1, and 10.6.1 to replace <br /> signs; and to modify the transitional landscape screening <br />
