PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MARCH 26, 1992 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 14 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. Williams, with <br /> members, Domnitz, Grant, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer and Assistant Planner <br /> Marino present. Mrs. Davison was absent. <br /> ***************** ARTICLES FOR 1992 TOWN MEETING **************************** <br /> 54. Article 22. Dimensional Controls Institutional Uses: Mr. Domnitz <br /> reported that, based on his conversations with the Selectmen, they did not <br /> understand that the current By-Law already requires institutional uses to have <br /> a 25' setback. He explained to them that these uses are further limited by <br /> floor-area-ratio requirements. <br /> Mr. Domnitz and Mr. Williams are invited to the Selectmen's meeting to be held <br /> on Monday, March 30, 1992 in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Mr. Williams asked <br /> other Board Members to join them. The Board discussed and agreed to modify <br /> the slides prepared for presentation to Town Meeting. Copies of the revised <br /> slides will be put in the Board of Selectmen's agenda packets and also <br /> distributed to the Planning Board. <br /> ( The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 p.m. (7 <br /> Edmund C.
