PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF JANUARY 27, 1992 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 38 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr Williams, with <br /> members, Davison, Domnitz, Grant, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assis- <br /> tant Planner Marino present. <br /> ************************ PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT *********************** <br /> 13 Recent Activity <br /> a. National Tire Wholesale Mr Bowyer reported that he has received <br /> calls from an engineering firm hired to do a traffic study for NTW at the <br /> former Lawless Motors site on Marrett Road Mr. Bowyer, Mr. Williams, and Mr <br /> Marino have received calls from Mr Jung, the developer of the Wright Street <br /> subdivision <br /> b. Departmental Move Mr. Bowyer also reported that the Planning <br /> Department is scheduled to move into its new office on Feb. 5, and that Elissa <br /> Tap, a Lexington resident currently working in the Town Clerk's office, has <br /> been appointed as the new secretary <br /> *********************** ARTICLES FOR 1992 TOWN MEETING *********************** <br /> 14. Article 23 Adiustments. Signs Mr Bowyer related that the current <br /> version of Article 23 incorporates changes that the Board agreed to and <br /> changes that Mrs Davison made based on the comments by members of various <br /> interested committees who attended a recent meeting. Mr. Bowyer added techni- <br /> cal corrections to make the language consistent with the rest of the By-Law. <br /> 15 Article 27. Citizens' Article. Minuteman Village Condominium Associa- <br /> tion. Mr Bowyer reported the sponsors told him they want to withdraw this <br /> article and will formally notify the Board of its withdrawal. The decision of <br /> the Board of Appeals, which makes the rezoning unnecessary, probably won't be <br /> filed until the following week and the 20 day appeal period must pass without <br /> an appeal before the sponsors will officially withdraw.
