PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> ( MEETING OF JANUARY 21, 1992 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 31 p.m. by the Chairman, Mr. Williams, with <br /> members, Davison, Domnitz, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer, and Assistant and <br /> Planner Marino present Mr. Grant arrived during Item 9. <br /> 7. Review of Minutes The Board reviewed and corrected the minutes for the <br /> meeting of January 6, 1992. On the motion of Mrs. Wood, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Davison, it was voted unanimously to approve the minutes, as amended. <br /> ************************ PLANNING DIRECTOR'S REPORT *********************** <br /> 8. Recent Activity Mr Bowyer reported that the move of the Planning <br /> Department to Room G-1 might begin on Tuesday, Jan. 28. The Planning Board <br /> will meet in Room 111 while Room G-15 is occupied temporarily by the Health <br /> Department. He also reported that interviews of applicants for the department <br /> clerk's job have been completed and he has made his recommendation to the Town <br /> Manager. <br /> ***************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************ <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 9. /implications To Be Heard on January 23, 1992 Mr. Domnitz gave an oral <br /> review of the following applications <br /> 177 Cedar Street. Lily Szoni Renewal of Special Permit to use a <br /> portion of her home as for small groups and individual clients. <br /> On the motion of Mr. Domnitz, seconded by Mrs. Wood, the Board voted unani- <br /> mously to make no comment on the application. <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 10. Wright Street Extension. Definitive Subdivision Plan On a motion by Mrs <br /> Wood, seconded by Mr. Domnitz, the Board voted unanimously to disapprove the <br /> definitive subdivision plan because it does not comply with a number of <br /> sections of the "Development Regulations", which includes the Planning Board's <br /> Rules and Regulations under the Subdivision Control Law, as set forth in the <br /> Certificate of Action, Definitive Subdivision Plan, Wright Street Extension, <br /> filed with the Town Clerk on January 22, 1992, and as stated in the recom- <br /> mendations of the Town Engineer and the Board of Health. <br /> PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 11. Form A/92-1. 27 and 29 North Hancock Street <br /> The Board reviewed a plan showing a change in a side yard lot line between 27 <br /> and 29 North Hancock Street, with both lots continuing to have sufficient lot <br /> area and frontage on a public way. On a motion by Mr. Grant, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Wood, the Board voted unanimously• <br />
