-1 PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MAY 3, 1989 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building was called to order by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with members <br /> Klauminzer, Sorensen, Planning Director Bowyer and Assistant Planner Nordby <br /> present. Mrs. Wood and Mr. Williams were absent. <br /> 129. Review of Minutes: The Board reviewed the minutes for the meeting of <br /> February 21, 1989, making corrections. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Klauminzer, it was voted 3-0 to approve the minutes as <br /> amended. <br /> The Board reviewed the minutes for the Executive Session of March 20, 1989. <br /> On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Klauminzer, it was voted 3-0 <br /> to approve the minutes as written. <br /> **************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ********** <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 130. Hearings Scheduled for May 25: The Planning Board agreed to make no <br /> recommendation on the following applications scheduled to be heard by the <br /> Board of Appeals on May 25, 1989. <br /> j 32 Asbury Street, John J. Brisbois , variance from secondary street <br /> setback to add a bay window. <br /> 6 South Rindge Avenue, David Bell, variance from side yard setback to <br /> add a one-story addition to the living room. <br /> 22 Moreland Avenue, John Thorp, variances from front yard and side <br /> street setbacks to add a two-car garage with a family room above. <br /> 131. 10 Pleasant Street, Wilson Farm, appeal of decision of Building Commis- <br /> sioner, discussion: The Board agreed that the issues involved in this appeal <br /> seemed to require a legal interpretation of all the complex material on both <br /> sides of the case, and that the issues were not planning or policy ones. Mrs. <br /> Uhrig commented that the Board of Appeals was not depending on the recommen- <br /> dation of the Planning Board for this reason, when making their decision. The <br /> Board agreed to table any action on the recommendation. <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 132. 167 North Street, Bruno Gallinelli: A presentation of a preliminary <br /> plan showing a two lot subdivision off North Street was made for the applicant <br /> by Frank DiPietro, BSC - Bedford. They are asking for the standard waivers of <br /> a traffic study and fire alarm installation. Both lots will be off a standard <br /> cul-de-sac, with either a common drive or two separate driveways. The Board <br /> recommended the island inside the turnaround be as large as possible, to <br />
