i <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MINUTES OF MARCH 25, 1991 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 11 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Wood, with <br /> members, Davison, Domnitz, Grant, Planning Director Bowyer, Assistant Planner <br /> Marino and Secretary Peters present Mr Williams was absent <br /> 74. Review of Minutes The Board reviewed and corrected the minutes for <br /> the meeting of February 25, 1991. On the motion of Mr Grant, seconded by <br /> Mrs Davison, it was voted 3-0-1 (Mrs. Davison abstained as she was not a <br /> member of the Board at that meeting) to approve the minutes, as amended. <br /> ************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *********** <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 75. Hearings Scheduled for April 11. 1991 Mrs. Wood gave an oral review of <br /> the following applications scheduled to be heard by the Board of Appeals <br /> 32 Hill Street, Dr. Peter Janney, renewal of SP, to practice clini- <br /> cal/counseling psychology in a residence. The Board agreed it had no <br /> comment on the application except to recommend the special permit not be <br /> renewed in perpetuity, as requested. On the motion of Mrs. Wood, <br /> seconded by Mrs Davison, it was voted 4-0 to recommend the special <br /> permit be renewed for no more than five years, and that off-street <br /> parking be required. <br /> 201 Mass Avenue, Sheila Robinson d/b/a as Movies & More, renewal of a <br /> SP, to internally illuminate an existing wall sign The Board agreed it <br /> had no comment except to recommend the special permit not be renewed for <br /> the length of the lease, as requested. On the motion of Mr. Domnitz, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Wood, it was voted 4-0 to recommend the special permit <br /> be renewed for no more than three years, since there are residences <br /> across the street from the store <br /> The Planning Board also agreed to make no comment on the applications below <br /> 399 Lowell Street, Ilias Fanis, renewal of SP, to operate a pizza store. <br /> 215 Follen Road, Naiff & Jessica Bethoney, variance, from a 15 foot <br /> setback to expand an existing one-car garage. <br /> 1841 Mass Avenue, Fancy Flea Antiques, Inc. , SP to install a double <br /> sided projecting sign <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 76. Mason's Hollow. Moore Homes, Inc . Release of Covenant Mr. Marino <br /> reported that this is the last unit to be released, and that the Engineering <br /> Department has reported that all work has been completed satisfactorily to <br /> Town standards On the motion of Mr Grant, seconded by Mrs Davison, it was <br /> voted 4-0 to approve the release of covenant as presented to the Board. <br />
