PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MINUTES OF MARCH 4, 1991 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 7 37 p m by the Chairman, Mrs Wood, with <br /> members, Klauminzer, Domnitz, Grant, Williams, Planning Director Bowyer, <br /> Acting Assistant Planner Marino and Secretary Peters present. <br /> ***************************** REPORTS ******************************** <br /> 47. Planning Director <br /> a. Lexington Ridge Mr Bowyer reported that tomorrow morning in the <br /> Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town Office Building, the State Housing <br /> Appeals Committee will hold a hearing session on the appeal by Lexington <br /> Ridge of the comprehensive permit, granted with conditions by the Board <br /> of Appeals, and filed with the Town Clerk on December 14, 1991. They <br /> will also visit the site. He added that it is anticipated the hearing <br /> will then be adjourned to a later date since Palmer and Dodge has not <br /> received much of the material they requested from the attorneys for <br /> Lexington Ridge <br /> ************ ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS **************** <br /> PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 48. Form A/91-2, Butterfield Road. Robert Cataldo The Board reviewed a <br /> plan showing the redelineation of the side lot line between Lots 9A and 10A on <br /> Butterfield Road, with both lots conforming to the frontage and lot area <br /> requirements of the zoning district On the motion of Mrs. Klauminzer, <br /> seconded by Mr. Grant, it was voted 5-0 <br /> to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass. (Middle- <br /> sex County)" , dated September 12, 1990, by The BSC Group - Bedford, <br /> Inc. , certified by Roger M. Corbin, Professional Land Surveyor, with <br /> application Form A/91-2, by applicant Robert Cataldo, as it does not <br /> require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 49 Munroe Village. Woburn Street, Decision on Preliminary Plan The Board <br /> reviewed and edited a draft decision disapproving the preliminary cluster <br /> subdivision plan. On the motion of Mrs Klauminzer, seconded by Mr Grant, it <br /> was voted 5-0 to approve the wording of the decision, as amended, and to <br /> disapprove the preliminary cluster subdivision plan <br /> ******************* ARTICLES FOR 1991 TOWN MEETING *************************** <br /> 50 Article 31 Parking Factors The Board reviewed a draft report and <br /> motion as of 2-27-91 Mr Domnitz proposed, and the Board agreed, that the <br /> take-out parking factor in the CB district be increased from 1/75 sq. ft. to <br /> 1/100 sq. ft. The Board also agreed that flexibility to move from retail to <br /> restaurant and back is the real issue, and more explanation should be made to <br />
