PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF JULY 6, 1988 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Office <br /> Building, was called to order at 8 02 p.m. by the Chairman, Mrs. Uhrig, with <br /> members Sorensen, Williams, Wood, Planning Director Bowyer and Assistant Planner <br /> Nordby present. Mrs. Klauminzer arrived just prior to item 183. <br /> *************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS **************** <br /> PLANS NOT REQUIRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 183. Form A/66-11 , Barry S Couette: Grove Street The Board reviewed a plan <br /> showing the division of land at 101 Grove Street into two lots, 133A and 133B, <br /> one lot having 150 feet of frontage, the other more than 150 feet, and both lots <br /> having in excess of 30,000 sq. ft. in lot area. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, <br /> seconded by Mrs Wood, it was voted 4-0-0 <br /> to endorse the plan entitled 'Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass. , dated May <br /> 27, 1988, by The Malcolm N. Johnston Co., Inc. , certified by Malcolm N. <br /> Johnston, Professional Land Surveyor, with application form A/88-11 by <br /> Barry S Couette, as it does not require approval under the Subdivision <br /> Control Law. <br /> 184. Review of Minutes The Board reviewed and corrected the minutes for the <br /> meeting of May 4, 1988. On the motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Klau- <br /> minzer, it was voted unanimously to approve the minutes, as amended. <br /> The Board discussed upcoming meeting dates, and agreed to tentatively schedule a <br /> meeting for July 11, 1988. Mrs. Uhrig, Mrs. Wood and Mrs. Klauminzer can <br /> attend. <br /> *************** ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *************** <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br /> 185. Ridge Estates 1II, Jonas Stone Circle, review of revised site plan <br /> The Board discussed a letter received from Goulston h Storrs, dated June 30, <br /> 1988, saying that the Stop Work Order of June 7, 1988 is the cause of "serious <br /> public safety issues" in Ridge Estates II and III. In Ridge Estates III, the <br /> letter uses the example of the curb stone that has been stacked along the road. <br /> Mr. Bowyer commented there was no need for public access to this road , as no <br /> lots have been released and no building permits issued. Mr. Bowyer suggested <br /> the site be secured" by fencing it in if they are truly concerned. <br /> Assistant Planner Nordby said she had reviewed the plans with respect to the <br /> conditions listed in the stop work order, and she outlined the steps being taken <br /> to remedy the problems <br /> Violations - Certificate of Action <br /> 7) The developer needs to re-establish the limit of work line to represent <br /> the conditions in the field. The Board agreed any land that was disturbed <br /> by the developer beyond the limit of work line, approved in the definitive <br />
