She read the Town notice regarding the <br />conduct of public virtual meetings, and declared that a quorum was present. <br /> The committee approved the minutes of its meeting of October 5th, 2023 by roll call <br />vote. <br /> <br />Chuck French, Linda Dixon, James Pan, and Judy Baldasaro met with Bethany Ramirez, Town <br />Webmaster. Chuck reported that he is very pleased with the current state of the website. <br />Bethany will try to improve the site’s search engine optimization to give the site greater <br />visibility on web browsers. Judy will do progress checks with Bethany, as well as checks with <br />the STEAM Team on the status of ChatGPT, which they proposed at the prior meeting. <br /> <br />Linda mentioned that the committee’s efforts were getting favorable press in the Lexington <br />Times, the Lexington Observer, and the Link for Lexington. Linda also reported that she received <br />an e-mail from a resident who is interested in joining the committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
