Minutes of October 19 mee?ng were accepted.

3. People interested in joining the commi?ee (Morris, Forrester, Chris, Grant) introduced
themselves.

4. We reviewed the 11/2 special mee?ng, called by the Bylaw Revision Group to discuss with
interested ci?zens possible changes to the bylaws. The mee?ng was well a?ended and many
residents aired concerns about the welfare of Lexington’s trees.

5. We reviewed the mid mee?ng with Dave Pinsonneault. The issue of less than 70 trees
planted in the fall, which came up in the October mid mee?ng, is in discussion between Jim and
Dave as planned. We s?ll have had no presenta?on by IT on the problems with with permit,
and would like Nancy to be there.

6. A new staff posi?on is proposed once again by Dave for his department. A?er some
discussion, we decided that taking a posi?on on those du?es was not in our purview.

7. Bylaw and permit process communica?on with builders—has this happened? We would like
to be part of it.

8. Revision of our lists of allowed trees and large shade trees was tabled as there were some
early departures from the mee?ng.

9. Similarly, we didn’t re-visit changing the ?me of the mee?ng.

10. We adjourned at 9:20 AM.
