PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MARCH 22, 1995 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room 216 of Jonas Clarke Middle School, was <br /> called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Canale and Davies and Planning Director <br /> Bowyer present. Messrs. Grant and Merrill were absent. <br /> ************************ ARTICLES FOR. 1995 TOWN MEETING ************************ <br /> 58. Article 28. Revised Setback Calculations: The Board agreed that the motion should be amended to <br /> substitute the words "not applicable" for the number 20 in the line Minimum Side and Rear Yard Adjacent <br /> to, or Front Yard Facing a Residential District. The Board agreed that the report was fine and other than <br /> the motion did not need to be changed. On separate motions by Mr Canale, each seconded by Mr. Davies, <br /> the Board voted 3-0, <br /> 1 to recommend that the Town Meeting approve the proposed amendment, as amended; and <br /> 2. to approve the wording of the Planning Board's report, dated March 21, 1995, as written, with a <br /> correction to the motion attached to it. <br /> 59 Assisted Living Centers Mrs. Davision reported on a tour that she made of the Grey Nuns building on <br /> Pelham Road. The Board discussed briefly the sudden emergence of a number of assisted living centers and <br /> continuing care retirement communities that are being proposed. Each will require approval of an RD, <br /> Planned Residential rezoning at a future Town Meeting. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m. <br /> 1 <br /> Fre erick L.
