PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MAY 15, 1996 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-3, Town Office Building, was called to order <br /> at 7.35 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Canale, Colman, Davies, MeriII, Planning Director Bowyer, <br /> and Assistant Planner Marino present. <br /> ************************ ARTICLES FOR 1996 TOWN MEETING ************************ <br /> 99 Article 22. Land Acquisition. 10 Woburn Street. Statement of Support: Mrs. Davison read suggested <br /> wording for a Planning Board statement in support of Article 22, Land Acquisition, 10 Woburn Street. The <br /> other members of the Board concurred. <br /> The land at 10 Woburn Street has been given a State Department of Environmental Protection Title 2 rating, <br /> which means it must remain covered with an impervious surface. <br /> 100. Article 33 Rezonin¢. CS to RS. Marrett Road: Since Article 33, Rezoning, CS to RS, Marrett Road, <br /> is expected to be reconsidered at the next Town Meeting session on May 20, the Planning Board agreed to <br /> reaffirm its vote to recommend approval. The applicant, Joseph Butler, will pledge to build a cluster subdivision <br /> using the newly approved cluster subdivision regulations.
