PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF MAY 8, 1996 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-3, Town Office Building, was called to order <br /> at 7 10 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Canale, Colman, Davies, Merrill, and Planning Director , <br /> Bowyer and Assistant Planner Marino present. <br /> **************************** REGIONAL, INTERTOWN ISSUES *************************** <br /> 98. Hanscom Area Transnortation Study (HATS). Update of the Hanscom Field GEIR. Proposed Scone. Mr <br /> Canale, the Planning Board's representative to the Hanscom Area Transportation Study (HATS), asked for the <br /> Board's approval to write a letter, in behalf of the Board, stating: <br /> a. the Board's support of the report of the HATS consultants, Dames & Moore, and <br /> b the Board's comments on the proposed scope of the current update of the Hanscom Field Generic <br /> Environmental Impact Report. <br /> After some discussion, on the motion of Mr Colman, seconded by Mr Davies, the Board voted unanimously, <br /> 5-0, to authorize Mr Canale to write a letter to Trudy Coxe, Secretary of the Executive Office of <br /> Environmental Affairs, in behalf of the Planning Board. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. <br /> / <br /> "V <br /> 'l v <br /> F ederick L.
