PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF APRIL 22, 1996 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in Room G-15, Town Office Building, was called to order <br /> at 7.03 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Canale, Colman, Davies, Planning Director Bowyer, and <br /> Assistant Planner Marino present. Mr Merrill was absent. <br /> ************ ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ************* <br /> PLANS NOT REOTJTRING APPROVAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br /> 88. Form A/96-7 627 & 639 Massachusetts Avenue. Carter Scott: The Board reviewed an Approval Not <br /> Required Plan for land at 627 & 639 Massachusetts Avenue. On the motion of Mr Canale, seconded by Mr <br /> Colman, the Board voted unanimously <br /> to endorse the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, MA (Middlesex County)", dated April 16, 1996, <br /> prepared by Meridian Engineering Collaborative, Inc, Peabody, MA, certified by Michael J Juliano, <br /> Registered Land Surveyor, with Form A/96-7, submitted by Robert Carter Scott, applicant, as it does not <br /> require approval under the Subdivision Control Law <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 89 Applications To Be Heard on April 25 1996: Mr Canale gave an oral review of the following <br /> applications. <br /> 56 Adams Street, Francesca Anderson, renewal of special permit for art gallery <br /> The Planning Board agreed to recommend that the wording on the occasional sign advising <br /> patrons not to park in the street, but on the grassy strip between the street and sidewalk or <br /> on the driveway, be changed to request that they park only in the driveway <br /> 4 Carol Lane, Linda &Jonathan Arnow, special permit to demolish and replace a shed <br /> The Planning Board noted that there appear to be other locations on the lot on which to place this shed <br /> where it could comply with the setbacks. <br /> The Board had no comment on the following applications, also scheduled to be heard on April 25, 1996 <br /> 148 Grant Street, Brian Michon, special permit to add an additional story to a non-conforming dwelling <br /> 34 Waltham Street, Hit and Run Sportscards, special permit to relocate a projecting sign to the shop's new <br /> address <br /> 10 Hillside Terrace, Richard Baughman, special permit to add a second floor <br /> 10 Hillside Terrace, Richard Baughman, variance to add covered porch and steps <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m. <br /> itAilbLtuj <br /> Frederick L.
