PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING OF JANUARY 22, 1996 <br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office Building, was called to <br /> order at 7.40 p.m. by Chairman Davison, with members Canale, Davies, Merrill, Planning Director <br /> Bowyer, and Assistant Planner Marino present. Mr. Grant arrived during Item 19 <br /> ************************ ARTICLES FOR 1996 TOWN MEETING ************************ <br /> 19 Article A. Revision of Section 9 of the Zoning By-Law Planned Residential Development: The <br /> Board continued its review and editing of the third draft of the revision of Chapter 9 of the Zoning By- <br /> Law, dated January 19, 1996. The Board directed the staff to prepare a summary of the major points of <br /> the revision along with some background material. Mr. Bowyer will also prepare a document comparing <br /> the revision to current regulations. The three documents will be mailed to developers, lawyers and <br /> landscape architects who work regularly in Lexington and who will be invited to a meeting to be held <br /> before the public hearing where they will have a chance to hear why the changes are being considered <br /> and to offer comments and suggestions. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 p.m. Sfri <br /> Frederick L.
