Town of Lexington <br />Vision for Lexington Committee Meeting <br />August 25, 2023 <br />Remote Meeting <br />7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Margaret Coppe, Jill Hai, Kathleen Lenihan, Bob Peters, John Giudice, Daniel Joyner, <br />Weidong Wang, Shannon Murtagh, Carol Marine, Marian Cohen, Bhumip Khasnabish, Andrew Dixon <br /> <br />Guests: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: James Robinson <br /> <br />Absent: Samita Mandelia, Mark Manasas, Min Zhou <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order: 7:50 am <br /> <br />The Remote Meeting Script was read by Margaret Coppe <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> Minutes from 7/28/2023 were approved with minor revisions. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Highlights: <br /> <br />VFL Website Report on Emails <br />Daniel Joyner gave an update on emails received by the Vision for Lexington Committee and provided an <br />update from the Select Board’s Office on new software that stores and tracks committee applications <br />and appointments. Jill Hai shared that the new software is being used to hold onto committee <br />applications and how VFL will be notified when applications are received. <br /> <br />VFL Committee Reappointment Reminders <br />Margaret Coppe shared a reminder to VFL members whose committee appointment is expiring and <br />directed them to the Select Board’s Office reappointment process. <br /> <br />Annual Town Report Photo and Review <br />VFL clarified the items to include in the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2023 and took a picture via Zoom. <br /> <br />
