TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />TRUSTEES OF PUBLIC TRUSTS <br />Minutes of Meeting of July 26, 2012 <br />The meeting was held at 12 :00 pm at Lexx 1666 Massachusetts Avenue #102 Lexington, <br />MA 02420. Present were Alan Fields, David Williams and Susan McClements. <br />Minutes from the Trustees May 17, 2012 meeting were unanimously approved with one <br />minor change to the wording about the project for Antony Park. <br />David Williams reported on his ongoing conversations with various town officials about <br />how the Trustees could best support Lexington's 300 Anniversary Celebrations. <br />Alan Fields reviewed the June 30, 2012 year -end results from State Street Global <br />Advisors. The Trustees were satisfied with the year -end results for the funds, most of <br />which were close to meeting benchmarks. Asset allocation in the funds continues to <br />follow a conservative approach. Alan will write an investment note to send along with <br />the year end results to various constituents including Jeanne Krieger from the Cary <br />Library Foundation and Norman Cohen from the Cary Library Board, as well as the <br />Trustees Investment Committee members and candidates. <br />The Trustees unanimously approved the terms of the Angela/Jere Frick Conservation <br />Fund as detailed in a letter dated June 24, 2012 from Kelly Frick Richards and Ford C. <br />Frick II to the Trustees. The fund was established with g $10,000 donatiot a terms <br />the fund will be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen for approval and acceptance. <br />• <br />The meeting adjourned at 1 pm. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Susan K.
