TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />TRUSTERS OF PUBLIC TRUSTS <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />September 21, 2005 <br />The meeting was held at 12 :15 PM at the offices of Atlantic Trust at 100 Federal Street, <br />Boston, MA, Present were Trustees Alan Fields, Thomas Taylor and David Williams, <br />and Dennis Dywer from SSGA. <br />The minutes of the March 23 meeting with a correction were approved. <br />The portfolio was reviewed. Dennis reported that international and emerging markets are <br />seeing strong growth and the Pimco All Asset Fund is doing well. The following <br />decisions were made: <br />1. In the Investment Pool, increase the Pimco Fund to 15% of the total and <br />reduce the fixed income portion to 8 %. <br />2. In the Westview Cemetery Fund, sell the legal list equities and put the <br />proceeds in S &P 500 Fund. <br />3. In the Munroe Cemetery Fund, put principal cash in the S &P 500 Fund. <br />Dennis to determine what mix of funds are allowed in perpetual care cemetery funds. <br />Thomas Taylor, Secy. <br />
