The mix of 45% equities - <br />55% fixed income will not be changed. <br />The Trustees voted to accept the following new funds: <br />Alice Hinlde - Prince Estabrook Award Fund. <br />David G. Miller Conservation Trust <br />Leo P. McSweeney Scholarship Fund <br />The terms of these three funds are set forth in the letters attached to these minutes. <br />It was decided to set up a meeting with the Selectmen on June 21 to report on the work of the Trustees <br />on the occasion of the acceptance of the 100th Fund. <br />Karen has asked for a raise. David will look into her duties to see how much time she spends on Trustee <br />work and whether she may be duplicating work done by State Street. <br />Tom Taylor, Secy. <br />5/18/2004 <br />
