Present were Trustees Alan Fields, David Williams and Thomas Taylor, and David G. Ely <br />and Dennis Dwyer of SSGA. <br />The performance of the Endowment Fund and the Cemetery Funds was reviewed, and the allocation of <br />the investments among the SSGA Funds was discussed. The following changes in the investment of the <br />Endowment Fund were voted: <br />1. Increase the maximum allowed equity investment to 45% of the Fund. <br />2. Take an amount equal to 8% of the Fund value from cash and fixed <br />income investments and invest one -half in the SSgA International <br />Growth Opportunities Fund and one -half in the SSgA Emerging Markets <br />Fund. <br />It was voted to increase the maximum allowable equity investment in the cemetery funds to 25 %. <br />The next meeting with SSGA will be 12 noon, January 21, 2004, at the office of Alan fields at 75 State <br />Street, Boston. <br />Tom Taylor, Secretary <br />7/23/2003 <br />
