TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />TRUSTEES OF PUBLIC TRUSTS <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />A meeting of the Trustees was held at 12:00 noon on April 4, 1995 at the office of <br />Alan Fields at 125 High Street, Boston, Massachusetts. Present were Trustees Alan S. <br />Fields, David G. Willliams and Thomas G. Taylor, and Secretary Sheryl Mason. <br />The minutes of the meeting of November 1, 1994 were reviewed and approved. <br />The chairman reported meeting with Dan Fenn, and the Selectmen will announce <br />soon the formation of a community fund to be managed by the Trustees. We will consider <br />making a contribution to this fund when it has been established. <br />The Trustees received a request from the Lions Club for help in funding the <br />installation of new lighting for the Minuteman Statue. It was voted to provide $1000 from <br />the Albert Tenney Memorial Fund. <br />It was voted to approve the sales and purchases of securities described in letters <br />dated November 21, 1994 and January 6, 1995 from Shawmut Bank attached to and made <br />a part of these minutes. <br />We will acknowledge receipt of $5000 to be added to the Schumacher Trust. Fund. <br />Trustees Williams and Taylor met with the Directors of the Outlook Club, which is <br />considering turning over its scholarship fund to the Trustees. A decision is immanent. <br />It was voted to take $374.20 from the George Taylor Flag Fund to reimburse the <br />Town for the purchase of flags. <br />The Trustees voted to make available for scholarships the following amounts from <br />the following funds: <br />Sangwook Ahn <br />Hallie C. Blake <br />Anne E. Borgesani <br />Bettie Clarke <br />June Denk <br />French School <br />Harrington Memorial <br />$200 <br />$300 <br />$500 <br />$400 <br />$200 <br />$200 <br />$2000 plus $2000 to PTA Council later <br />
