Town of Lexington <br />Trustees of Public Trustees <br />Addition to Minutes of Meeting of March 4, 1992 <br />A request was received in February for funds for replacement of <br />benches in the gazebo at Monroe Cemetery. The Trustees voted to pay <br />for the benches by appropriating $1,285 from the Monroe Cemetery <br />Fund. <br />A letter to the Chairman from the Westview Cemetery <br />administrators requesting comments on certain proposed changes at <br />the Cemetery was discussed. It was noted that the Trustees <br />responsibility is for the investment of the cemetery funds, and the <br />Trustees have no authority or responsibility for the administration <br />of the cemetery. The Chairman was instructed to discuss this issue <br />with Richard White in an attempt to clarify the role of the <br />Trustees. <br />124/0,0.4 <br />Thomas G.
