Town of Lexington <br />Trustees of Public Trusts <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />A meeting of the Trustees was held at 12:00 noon on July <br />1991 at 265 Franklin ;,treet, Boston, Massachusetts. Present were <br />Trustees Alan S. Fields, Thomas G. Taylor and David G. Williams, <br />Sheryl Mason, Robert Cushman, Co -Chair of the Human Services <br />Committee, and Steven Baran, Human Services Coordinator. <br />The minutes of the meeting of April 12, 1991 were approved. <br />The following portfolio transactions were approved: <br />Transfer of $250,000 income from the Westview Cemetery Fund <br />to the Town of Lexington to reimburse the town for cemetery <br />maintenance expenses. <br />Sale of 100 shares of J.P. Morgan and 200 shares of Security <br />Pacific from the Westview Cemetery Fund, and purchase of 50 <br />shares of Ameritech, 100 shares of Bank America, and 200 <br />shares of CenTrust Bank. <br />Sale of 28 shares of Maxim Integrated Products from the <br />Lexington Education Foundation Fund. <br />The Trustees approved a request from the town to pay Wayside <br />Florist $359.00, $349.00 from the Monroe Cemetery Fund and $10.00 <br />from the Westview Cemetery Fund. <br />Steve Baran presented the report on the operation of the <br />Lexington Human Services Fund for its first year for the period <br />from July 1, 1990 to June 30, 1991. Following a discussion, it <br />was voted to give the Lexington Human Services Fund $5500.00 for <br />the new fiscal year, such funds to be taken from the Bridge <br />Charitable Fund, income account. <br />NEXT MEETING: WEDNESDAY, •OCTOBER 2, 1991 AT 12:00 NOON AT <br />265 FRANKLIN STREET, BOSTON, MA. <br />Thomas G.
