<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 30, 2016 <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held at the Lexington High School, Room 148 was <br />called to order 6:05 p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim <br />Dunn, Richard Canale, and Ginna Johnson and planning staff Aaron Henry, David Fields, and Lori <br />Kaufman present. <br />********************** STAFF REPORTS ********************** <br />The April 4 joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen (BOS) meeting has been rescheduled to <br />April 6 to discuss Article 43, Banks and Real Estate Service uses in the CB District and Article 42, <br />Two-Family Houses, which the BOS have taken a position against. There is some updated material <br />on Brookhaven on the table for the Board to review and will be discussed April 11. <br />***** UPCOMING MEETINGS & ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE ***** <br />Mr. Henry heard back from Jerry Michelson and was told it was fine to proceed with the draft <br />agreed upon at the March 28 meeting for Article 43. On April 4, the Board will discuss the draft <br />MOU for Brookhaven and Article 42. <br />************ DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION ************ <br />P-DA: <br />REEVELOPMENT CTIVITIES <br />The application for the following items will be scheduled on April 20 once the completed <br />applications are in: <br />30TR,, <br /> OWER OAD STREET DETERMINATION <br />The road appears to be in good shape and staff recommendations are ready. This appears to be <br />simple and notification will be sent to abutters. <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to authorize the Planning Director to <br />determine the amount and type of surety to accept. <br />RR,: <br />IDGE OAD STREET DETERMINATION <br />The applicant is going to file to convert a non-buildable lot to a buildable lot. <br />HL: <br />AYES ANE <br />This will be a possible street determination or subdivision. The lot has been cleared already. <br /> <br />
