<br /> <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 16, 2016 <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room was called to <br />order 6:07 p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Richard <br />Canale, and Ginna Johnson and planning staff Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman present. Tim Dunn <br />joined the meeting in progress. <br />********************** STAFF REPORTS ********************** <br />Parking changes for Article 43 Banks in the Center will not be brought forward since it was <br />determined to be out of scope. <br />Mr. Hornig will leave at 7:00 p.m. to brief the Board of Health on our zoning changes and then <br />return to the meeting. <br />***** UPCOMING MEETINGS & ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE ***** <br />The Board discussed the zoning article schedule for Town Meeting. Articles 36, National Flood <br />District, 37, Technical Corrections, 38, Governmental-Civic Districts, and 29 neighborhood <br />Conservation Districts will be on March 23. Articles 39, Maximum Height of Structures, 40, <br />Accessory Apartments 41, Floor Area Ratio (date certain), 42 Two-Family Homes, and 43 Banking <br />and Real Estate Service uses on March 30. Article 45 (Brookhaven) and 44 Planned Development <br />Districts (PDD) will be on April 25 and Brookhaven will go before PDD. <br />Article 17, Victory Garden Street Acceptance, was being moved to the consent agenda to make it <br />a public way. The Board had no objections. <br />The Board will meet on Monday, March 21 at 6:00 in the Planning Office. <br />********** 2016 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING – REPORTS ********** <br />AA,A40: <br />CCESSORY PARTMENTS RTICLE <br />Mr. Henry found a mistake in the article report approved at the last meeting and made some changes <br />for the Board to review. <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to adopt the minor changes to the report <br />made by staff and the Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
