Barnert <br />Administrative Staff: Dianne Cornaro, Administrative Clerk and David George, Zoning <br />Administrator <br />Address: 37 Justin Street, Map 83, Lot 123 <br />Continued from November 12, 2015. <br />Special Permit <br />The petitioner is requesting a in accordance with the Zoning By-Law <br />(Chapter 135 of the Code of Lexington) sections 135-8.4.2 and 135-5.9.4 to allow <br />reconstruction and expansion of a nonconforming structure. <br />Muhammed A. Rahman, owner of the property, presented the petition. <br />The applicant seeks to demolish the existing nonconforming structure and reconstruct <br />a larger, 4,000 sq. ft., single family dwelling. <br />The applicant explained they had met with the Conservation Commission on January <br />25, 2016 and had received approval for the proposed project as presented to the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />Mr. Rahman presented the Board with a copy of the revised site plan dated December <br />17, 2015. <br />A Board member asked if this was the same plan as they had seen before. (Yes it <br />was, they had kept the same boundary. The revised site plan was for landscaping the <br />Conservation Commission had asked to be done.) <br />The Chairwoman closed the hearing at 7:35 pm. <br />On a motion by Edward D. McCarthy and seconded by Leo P.
