On a motion duly made and <br />seconded, the alteration was approved as proposed. <br />Documents Used: <br />Sample precedent color scheme photographs <br />Color sample display (painted on 2 "x4" wooden board) <br />Front elevation picture, existing color scheme <br />7:05 PM <br />935 Massachusetts Avenue: Judith and John Denis, proposed roofing changes in the East <br />Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the alteration to a 3 tab architectural <br />shingle was approved as proposed. <br />Documents Used: <br />Front elevation photograph <br />Landmark Designer Shingles Catalog document <br />7:10 PM <br />41 Hancock Street: Adam Schuck, Spacecraft Architecture representing Helene Svahnqvist, <br />exterior architectural changes in the Hancock - Clarke District. <br />• Commissioner Jon Wardwell recused himself from this hearing. <br />After much discussion a motion was made and seconded, alteration to the roofing was approved <br />as proposed. <br />Remaining scope of proposed alterations was continued to a later date. <br />Documents Used: <br />Drawings dated 3/11/16 <br />
