<br /> <br />Lexington Historical Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 16, 2023 <br /> Meeting Conducted by Remote Participation <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Robert Rotberg, Chair, Marilyn Fenollosa, Wendall Kalsow. <br />Commissioner Absent: Diane Pursley, Susan Bennett. <br />Associate Commissioners Present: David Kelland. <br />Associate Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Present: Siqing Pan, Department Assistant <br />th <br />Chair Robert Rotberg called the August 16 Historical Commission meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #1: Approval of meeting minutes <br />th <br />Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 19, 2023 as <br />written. Mr. Kalsow seconded. Motion carried with Mr. Rotberg abstention. All in favor. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #2: Lex. Farm Chimney <br />The Lexington Farm Chimney (52 Lowell Street) is in the Comprehensive Cultural Resources <br />Survey of the Lexington Historical Commission. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to table this discussion and postpone it to next HC meeting. Mr. <br />Kelland seconded. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Kalsow – Yes, <br />Ms. Fenollosa – Yes, <br />Mr. Kelland – Yes, <br />Mr. Rotberg – Yes, <br />Motion carried 4 to 0. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #3: Hosmer House <br />The Historical Commission discussed the relocation construction of Hosmer House. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #4: Battle Road question <br />The Historical Commission discussed the Battle Road repair (MassDOT) project. <br /> <br /> 1 / 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
