Mr. Kelland seconded. Motion carried with Mr. Kalsow abstention. All in favor. <br />st <br />Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on June 21, 2023 as <br />written. Mr. Kelland seconded. Motion carried with Ms. Bennett abstention. All in favor. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #2: Appointment of representative to the Community Preservation Committee <br /> <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Kalsow made a motion to nominate Ms. Fenollosa as the representative to the Community <br />Preservation Committee. Mr. Kelland seconded. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Mr. Kalsow – Yes, <br />Mr. Kelland – Yes, <br />Ms. Fenollosa – Yes, <br />Ms. Bennett – Yes, <br />Ms. Pursley – Yes, <br />Motion carried 5 to 0. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #3: Route 2A review <br />The Historical Commission reviewed the Route 2A FHWA Letter on Section 106 effect <br />determination. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #4&5: Public hearing regarding the full building demolition at 32 Edgewood Rd <br />& 28 Meriam Street <br /> 1 / 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
