Absent: Steve Cole, <br />Mary Hutton, Sondra Lucente. Quorum- 6. <br />Subcommittee Members (15): Yifang Gong, David Grabel, Kevin Collins, Hong Xie. Absent: <br />Sudha Balasuryan, Dabby Harter, Julie Miller, Kristen Pulkkinen. Honorary Member: Bob Tracy. <br />Prospective Members: Bonnie Kirshbaum, Pam Winter. <br />Guests: None. Brian Bishop will replace Gina Rada as Veterans Services Officer. <br />7:06 PM: Meeting called to order by Chair Geetha. <br />7:08PM: Minutes for May 38,, 28 meeting approved. <br />TCC Budget / Actuals Update: Lorain <br />- $2,000 still to be collected from sponsors. <br />- Tax Exempt Forms must be submitted to the Town for reimbursement for funds personally <br />spent for TCC purposes. Cumbersome dealing with Amazon on this matter. Lorain will draft <br />guidelines in conjunction with the Town to simplify the process. <br />Memorial Day Planning <br />- A rehearsal is planned this coming Sunday / 21 st at Emery Park at 5 pm. (Linda oversees.) <br />- See Glen's listing of tasks which he has provided access to via an earlier email. Many items <br />were discussed- <br />- No contingency plan for holding ceremony at a different time due to weather <br />- Speaker from Hanscom AFB still sought <br />- A Fireman reader needed <br />- Kevin will liaise with the Minutemen re: wreaths <br />- Should bunting be purchased? <br />- Yifang to pick up water bottles for Emery Park ceremony from Cerise's front porch <br />- Sandy to purchase red carnations from Wilson's <br />- Gresh to send Out TCC member list of emails and phone numbers <br />- TCC member show -up times- (a) if attending Westview Cemetery event, 8:00 am; if attending <br />the Emery Park ceremony: 9:30 am.
