Absent: Kevin <br /> Collins, Dabby Harter, Julie Miller, Kristen Pulkkkinen, Hong Xie. 7 vacancies. Prospective <br /> members: Benny Kirshbaum, Pam Winter. A"Riley- Lexington resident" attended briefly but did <br /> not speak. <br /> 7:04 PM: Meeting called to order by Chair Geetha Sampeth. <br /> 7:10 PM: Minutes of April 24, 23 approved. <br /> Memorial Day(May 29, 20M <br /> A variety of issues were discussed. Have a copy handy for our next meeting. <br /> Linda's items: <br /> - The Civil War Memorials Walk, ending at the Monroe Cemetery's gazebo, has been streamlined <br /> this year. Sam Doran will be the MC. A Minuteman will read General Logan's proclamation. <br /> Sam will read Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. <br /> - Awards Ceremony setup will be overseen by Gresh at 10:45 am. Three LHS students will <br /> receive leadership awards. To be held at Hastings Park near the poppy display?
