<br /> <br />Lexington Housing Partnership Board (HPB) Meeting Minutes for July 12, 2023 <br />Attendees: Jeri Foutter (Chair), Charles Hornig (Planning Board), Paul Linton, Wendy Manz, Bob <br />Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Betsey Weiss, John Zhao (COA), Harriet Cohen (Clerk) <br />Absent: Cindy Arens (Sustainable Lexington liaison), Sarah Morrison (LexHAB liaison) <br />Guests: None <br />The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br />Paul Linton. The meeting was held remotely via Zoom teleconference. <br />1. Call to Order: Housing Partnership Board Meeting <br />Ms. Foutter called the meeting to order at 7:03. The roll was called. <br />2. Consider re-appointing Bob Pressman as HPB representative to the CPC <br />As of July 1, Bob Pressman’s appointment as HPB representative to the Community Preservation <br />Committee (CPC) has expired. The special HPB meeting was called to consider re-appointing Mr. <br />Pressman for a new term. Ms. Weiss and Ms. Manz provided statements affirming the <br />wonderful job Mr. Pressman has done as a CPC member. A short discussion was held on what <br />activities the CPC does. <br />Ms. Weiss moved to re-appoint Mr. Pressman as a CPC member; Ms. Manz seconded the <br />motion. <br />In favor: Ms. Foutter, Mr. Hornig, Mr. Linton, Ms. Manz, Mr. Pressman, Ms. Thompson, Ms. <br />Weiss, Mr. Zhao, Ms. Cohen. <br />Against: none <br />Abstaining: none <br />3. New Business <br />There was no new business. <br />4. Board Member and Liaison Updates <br />There were no updates at this meeting. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Ms. Weiss moved adjournment; Ms. Cohen seconded the motion. <br />In favor: Ms. Foutter, Mr. Hornig, Mr. Linton, Ms. Manz, Mr. Pressman, Ms. Thompson, Ms. <br />Weiss, Mr. Zhao, Ms. Cohen. <br />Against: none <br />Abstaining: none <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:11 pm. <br />
