<br />Lincoln Park Subcommittee <br />Minutes for December 3, 2015 <br />Committee members present: David Williams, Lynne Wilson, Brian Kelley, Joanne <br />Shorter, Bob Pressman and Doug Lucente <br />The meeting opened at 7:35pm in the 2nd Ñoor meeting room of the Town OfÐce <br />Building <br />Committee members reviewed and approved the minutes from November 5, 2015 <br />The Nell Walker sign is almost ready, and we will install it either via Brian KelleyÈs crew <br />or by Tim the handyman <br />Granite Forest - Bob Pressman who also serves on the Community Preservation <br />Committee (CPC) said questions were raised on the committee regarding our CPC <br />application for funding but that a straw vote indicated unanimous support. David <br />Cantour who serves as liaison from Capital Expenditures had reservations. <br />David Williams showed us sketches of Tower Park and mentioned that the CPC <br />considered combining our application for CPC funds with Tower ParkÈs but the <br />committee did not think that it would work. <br />David asked Wesley to reÐne the Granite Forest plan, which is roughly 60Çx60È and it <br />was decided that we would start prepping for the 2016 Annual Town Meeting <br />presentation <br />Miles has planted a few thousand bulbs and PatÈs Meadow has been mowed <br />David would like to talk with a development ofÐcer that he knows to contract with us to <br />help identify grant money to support the granite forest project. The committee agreed <br />that this would be a good idea. <br />Next meetings were scheduled for February 4, 2016 and March 23, 2016 <br />Respectfully Submitted <br />Brian P Kelley <br />
