Brackets aluminum. Colors as on
attached sheets, white to be clarified with head company. Colors and general font, layout etc is
hard to change for franchise owner.
2.The brackets will be visible from the side, coming up or down Mass Ave.
3.There will be lighting but is not determined yet.
4.Great Harvest will have production on lower level, sale store on first floor and 18 seats at second
floor. Opening hours are planned to be 7 to 6.
5.Sandwich sign, intended to put up on store property for passerby’s. Regular size 24x46, see
attachment.
Recommendation by committee members
- Sign to be down scaled proportionally to about 9’ width, lining up with outer window lines.
- Background white seems to be glaring on the presented sheets, white should be off-white.
Spacing of brackets to be verified, and that brackets to be set back (less visible)
Brackets finish color to match new roof shingles.
Gap between sign and roof recommended for water run off/snow melting.
Lighting recommendation is LED strip light on top of sign.
