Semiquincentennial Commission - Lex 250 Meeting <br />Minutes 07 December 2022 <br /> <br />Attendees: Suzie Barry (Chair), Julie O’Leary, Mona Roy, Steve Cole, Paul <br />O’Shaughnessy, Cerise Jelellian, Steve Connors, Bebe Fallick, Jane Hundley <br />Absent: Jillian Tung, Barry Cunha <br /> <br />Meeting called to order 4:02 pm. <br /> <br />Discussions, updates: <br />• A discussion was conducted on “Road Show” presentations for Lex250 to civic <br />organizations in Lexington. (Refer to list presented by Mona Roy.) Topics <br />included the purpose of these presentations and the intended groups and <br />audiences. <br />• Agreed calendar of future meetings to be 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each <br />month. There will be a Spring community meeting on May 10 th, 2023 and a <br />Patriots Day stakeholders meeting in January or early February. <br />• Discussion of invitees/guest for future meetings. <br />• An update on 250th monument by Suzie Barry. There will be a report to the <br />Select Board on December 19th, 2022. <br />• A copy of the Lex250 video should be delivered to the Visitors Center . There <br />have been some technical challenges with the video equipment at the Center. <br /> <br />Steve Cole left the meeting at 4:50 pm. <br /> <br />Move to adjourn by Paul O'Shaughnessy at 5:08 pm, seconded by Steve Connor. <br />Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjuourned. <br />
