<br /> <br />Meeting Minutes for March 21, 2023 <br />Attendees: Harriet Cohen (clerk), Jeri Foutter (chair), Charles Hornig (Planning Board), Paul Linton, <br />Wendy Manz, Bob Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Betsey Weiss (vice-chair) <br />Absent: Cindy Arens (Sustainable Lexington liaison), Sarah Morrison (LexHAB liaison), Joe Pato (Select <br />Board liaison), John Zhao (COA) <br />The Housing Partnership Board (HPB) meeting was chaired by Jeri Foutter and minutes were taken by <br />Harriet Cohen. <br />1. Call to Order: Housing Partnership Board Meeting <br />Ms. Foutter called the meeting to order at 5:01. The roll was called. <br />2. Article #33-SPRD support statement <br />Ms. Weiss led a discussion of the proposed letter to the Select Board and to the Lexington TMM <br />Association mailing list. The HPB noted that the terms “Special Permit Residential Development” <br />and “Special Residential Development” must be used intentionally. <br />Ms. Weiss moved that the proposed letter be in memo form and sent to the Select Board and <br />Kelly Axtell, with a copy to Jill Hai and Abby McCabe, to request their approval to post the letter <br />on the Town Meeting website. Ms. Cohen seconded the motion. <br />In favor: Harriet Cohen, Jeri Foutter, Charles Hornig, Paul Linton, Wendy Manz, Bob <br />Pressman, Betsey Weiss. <br />Against: none <br />Abstaining: none <br />(Note: Ms. Thompson joined the meeting after this vote was taken.) <br />3. Set April Meeting <br />The next meeting will be on April 7, 2023 at 7:00 pm if there are amendments to Article 33 or <br />34. The meeting will be posted as in-person as the executive order allowing virtual meetings has <br />expired. <br />The HPB will meet on April 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm. <br />4. New Business <br />Ms. Foutter thanked Ms. Cohen and Ms. Weiss for appearing in the photograph marking the <br />Cambridge Savings Bank donations to LexHAB and the Lexington Housing Authority. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Ms. Weiss moved adjournment.
