03/20/2023 AC Minutes <br />1 <br />Minutes <br />Town of Lexington Appropriation Committee (AC) <br />March 20, 2023 <br />Place and Time: Robbins Room – Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Ave.; <br />7:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. <br />Members Present: Glenn Parker, Chair; Sanjay Padaki, Vice-Chair; Anil Ahuja; John Bartenstein; <br />Alan Levine, Secretary; Eric Michelson; Sean Osborne; Carolyn Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager, <br />Finance (non-voting, ex officio) <br />Members Absent: Lily Manhua Yan <br />Other Attendees: None <br />At 7:05 p.m. Mr. Parker called the meeting to order. <br />Announcements and Liaison Reports <br />Ms. Kosnoff acknowledged Mr. Levine’s help in correcting the motion under Article 19 to include <br />the appropriation of $500,000 for the Special Education Stabilization Fund. <br />Approve the Report of the Appropriation Committee to the 2023 Annual Town Meeting <br />Mr. Parker thanked the committee members for their work in preparing the report, and in particular <br />Ms. Kosnoff for her review and corrections in the final version. <br />The Committee voted 7-0 to approve the report. <br />Mr. Parker will order printed copies of the report, and the Committee will all sign a copy to be de- <br />livered to the Town Clerk. <br />Minutes of Prior Meetings <br />No minutes were ready for approval. <br />Future Meetings <br />No minutes were ready for approval.
