y, le��o <br />Lexington <br />RECREATION & COMMUNITY <br />. raou aAn�s <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Recreation Committee <br />FROM: Melissa Battite, Director of Recreation & Community Programs <br />DATE: January 24, 2023 <br />SUBJECT: 2023 Fee Schedule <br />The 2023 Fee Schedule reflects requests for fee adjustments for several Activity Types within <br />different Cost Centers and Core Program Areas as highlighted in the attached schedules. <br />The adjustments take into consideration market price, cost of living increases and other <br />expenses associated with delivering the particular service. The 2023 fees will be implemented <br />during the FY2024 Budget year and applied as those seasonal registrations and facilities are <br />available during the 2023 Calendar Year. <br />The overall revenue projections associated with the adjustments is $140,137 in the following <br />Cost Centers: <br />Aquatics $ 6,880 <br />Tennis & Pickleball $ 3,600 <br />Golf $66,302 <br />Camps & Clinics $24,645 <br />Adult Programs & Leagues $ 3,200 <br />Youth Leagues $11,510 <br />Outdoor Recreation Facilities $24,000 <br />Total $140,137 <br />Attachments: <br />Proposed 2023 Fee Schedule <br />Proposed Community Center Rental Schedule <br />Proposed Outdoor Recreation Facilities <br />1.25.2023 <br />
