TOWN WARRANT <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br /> To any of the Constables of the Town of Lexington Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are to notify the inhabitants of the Town of <br /> Lexington qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective voting places in said <br /> Town. <br /> PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL; PRECINCT <br /> THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT FOUR, BRIDGE SCHOOL; PRECINCT <br /> FIVE, FISKE SCHOOL; PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT <br /> SEVEN, ESTABROOK SCHOOL; PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; <br /> PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL, on Monday, the 24th day of June, 2002 at 7:00 a.m., <br /> then and there to act on the following question: <br /> Shall the town vote to approve the action of the representative town meeting whereby it was voted to amend <br /> section 90-9 of the General Bylaws relating to trash disposal by deleting the word 'free"and authorizing a <br /> fee for residential trash disposal provided that the fee shall be set annually so that the total annual revenue <br /> estimated to be received from the fee in any given fiscal year shall not exceed the amount by which the <br /> Town's estimated maximum tax levy limit for such fiscal year exceeds the Town's estimated tax levy for such <br /> fiscal year (i.e., a revenue neutral trash fee)? <br /> Yes No <br /> The polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meeting as provided in <br /> the Bylaws of the Town. <br /> Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or <br /> before the time of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 20th day of May, 2002. <br /> Jeanne K.
