TOWN WARRANT <br /> Town of Lexington <br /> <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br /> To any of the constables of the Town of Lexington in said County, <br /> Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are to notify the inhabitants of the <br /> Town of Lexington qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to meet in their respective <br /> voting places in said Town. <br /> PRECINCT ONE, HARRINGTON SCHOOL; PRECINCT TWO, BOWMAN SCHOOL; <br /> PRECINCT THREE, JONAS CLARKE MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT FOUR, <br /> LEXINGTON HIGH SCHOOL; PRECINCT FIVE, CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING; <br /> PRECINCT SIX, WILLIAM DIAMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL; PRECINCT SEVEN, <br /> ESTABROOK SCHOOL; PRECINCT EIGHT, FIRE HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; <br /> PRECINCT NINE, MARIA HASTINGS SCHOOL, on Monday, the seventh day of December, <br /> 1998, at 7:00 a.m., then and there to act on the following question: <br /> Shall the Town of Lexington be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and <br /> one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bonds to be issued for planning, <br /> constructing, originally equipping and furnishing additions to and remodeling, reconstructing <br /> and making extraordinary repairs to Lexington High School, Clarke Middle School and <br /> Diamond Middle School? Yes No <br /> The polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. <br /> And you are directed to serve this warrant seven days at least before the time of said meetings as <br /> provided in the By-Laws of the Town. <br /> Hereof fail not and make due return on this warrant,with your doings thereon, to the Town <br /> Clerk, on or before the time of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 30th day of October, 1998. <br /> Peter D.
