T 0 INN WARRAN T. <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. MIDDLESEX , SS. <br /> To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington in said County, <br /> Greeting <br /> In the name of the Oomonwealth of Massachusetts , you are <br /> directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified <br /> to vote in elections and in town affairs to meet in the Town Hall <br /> in said Lexington, on <br /> THURSDAY, THE TWENTY-SIXTH DAY OF .TUNE, A. D. , 1924 , <br /> at eight o ° clock P . i`=. , then and there to act on the following <br /> articles: <br /> Art . 1 . To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or of <br /> any Committee of the Town for action thereon, and to appoint other <br /> Committees. <br /> Art. 2. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate money, ( 1) <br /> for the construction, including equipment and furnishings of a new <br /> High School building and ( 2) for the re-modeling of the present <br /> High School building and to provide for such appropriation by the <br /> issuance of bonds or notes or by direct appropriation or by any, <br /> one or more or all of such methods or to take any action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Art. 3 . To see if the Town will vote to appropriate money for <br /> the construction, including equipment and furnishings of a four room <br /> addition to the Parker School building and to provide for such appro- <br /> priation by the issuance of bonds or notes or by direct appropriation <br /> or by any, one or more or all of such methods or to take any action <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Art. 4 To see if the Town will reimburse the Planning Board <br /> for further expense incurred in printing and circulating notices <br /> of hearing and majority and minority reports concerning proposed <br /> zoning by-law following apppintment of conference committee and <br /> to raise the necessary funds therefor or act in any manner relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Art . 5 To see if the town will vote to appropriate and assess <br /> $3200 for use on the park property for the purpose of resurfacing <br /> streets and making permanent improvements , or act in any manner <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Art. 6 To see if the Town will vote to install electric lights <br /> on the following unaccepted streets Tewksbury street and Winter <br /> Street, or act in any manner relating thereto . <br /> Art.7 ' To see if the town will vote to extend water mains in <br /> the following unaccepted streets: Simonds Road, Bertwell Road, <br /> Bexter Road and Gleason Road , which extensions approximate 3275 <br /> feet, also in St . Margaret Avenue , a distance of approximately 600 <br /> feet; appropriate money by issuance of bonds , notes or otherwise, <br /> or act in any manner relating thereto . <br />
