D. , 1922 at <br /> eight o' clock P. M. , then and there to act on the following <br /> articles: <br /> Art. 1 . To receive the report of any -Board of Town Officers or <br /> of any Committee of the town for action thereon, and to appoint <br /> other Committees. <br /> Art. 2. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the <br /> use of the Department of Public Works , or pct in any manner re- <br /> lating thereto . <br /> Art. 3. To see if the Town will vote to provide .sufficient money <br /> to care for the following Accounts for the balance of the year: <br /> Forest :Circe , Veterans 2ension.s, Village hall , Snow Removal, <br /> and Health Department, either by transfer of unexpended balances <br /> or by issue of notes or bonds or otherwise, or act in any manner <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Art, 4. To see if the Town will vote to- rescind the vote passed <br /> at a Town Meeting held August 31 , 1920 , under =article 4 , which <br /> vote is as follows : "Voted That the Park Commissioners be and <br /> hereby are authorized and empowered in the name and behalf of <br /> the Tot, to acquire by purchase- or otherwise for Park purposes, <br /> the following parcels of land described in Article (4) of the <br /> Tarrant for this meeting, viz - <br />
