Carn.ty, Greeting: In the name pt the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:, you are directed to notify. th'e .inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to vote in elections and: in town affairs , to meet in the Town Hall , in said, Lexington, on FRIDAY, THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER, A. D. 19200 at ,seven forty-five P. M. , then and there. to act on the follow- . ing articles . Art . 1 . To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or of any Committee of the Town for action thereon, and to appoint other Committees . Art. 2. To see if the Town will authorize the Board. of Water and Sewer Commissioners to transfer funds of the Water Depart- ment to the Repairs to Exterior of the Standpipe Account,+ or take any other action relative thereto. Art. 3 . To see if the town will vote to appoint a Committee to revise the building laws of the Town and report at the annual Town Keeting. Art . 4. To see if the Town will amend its Building Laws by adding at the end of the second paragraph in Section ? , Article X, 'the following provisions , or act in any manner relating thereto, viz - .And provided further that any public garage complying with the regulations of the Department of Public Safety of the. Commonwealth ( successor to the Fire Prevention Commissioner of the Metropolitan. District) governing the c©nstruction and maintenance of garages shall, if no part of the building comes nearer than twenty feet to ann -adjoining lot line , not be deemed to be in violation. of any of the provisions of Section 4, article VIII .
