TOWN WARRANTS <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. MIDDLESEX, SS. <br /> To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, in said. <br /> Carn.ty, Greeting: <br /> In the name pt the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:, you are <br /> directed to notify. th'e .inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, <br /> qualified to vote in elections and: in town affairs , to meet in <br /> the Town Hall , in said, Lexington, on <br /> FRIDAY, THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER, A. D. 19200 <br /> at ,seven forty-five P. M. , then and there. to act on the follow- <br /> . <br /> ing articles . <br /> Art . 1 . To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or <br /> of any Committee of the Town for action thereon, and to appoint <br /> other Committees . <br /> Art. 2. To see if the Town will authorize the Board. of Water <br /> and Sewer Commissioners to transfer funds of the Water Depart- <br /> ment to the Repairs to Exterior of the Standpipe Account,+ or <br /> take any other action relative thereto. <br /> Art. 3 . To see if the town will vote to appoint a Committee to <br /> revise the building laws of the Town and report at the annual <br /> Town Keeting. <br /> Art . 4. To see if the Town will amend its Building Laws by <br /> adding at the end of the second paragraph in Section ? , Article X, <br /> 'the following provisions , or act in any manner relating thereto, viz - <br /> .And provided further that any public garage complying <br /> with the regulations of the Department of Public <br /> Safety of the. Commonwealth ( successor to the Fire <br /> Prevention Commissioner of the Metropolitan. District) <br /> governing the c©nstruction and maintenance of garages <br /> shall, if no part of the building comes nearer than <br /> twenty feet to ann -adjoining lot line , not be deemed <br /> to be in violation. of any of the provisions of <br /> Section 4, article VIII . <br />
