TOWN WARRANT . <br /> 1 <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. MIDDLESEX, SS. <br /> To either of the Constables of the Town of Lexington, in said <br /> C'ounty, Greeting: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are directed <br /> to notify the inhabitants of the Town of Lexington, qualified to <br /> vote in elections and in town affairs to meet in the Town Hall in <br /> said Lexington. <br /> On THURSDAY, THE TWENTY-NINTH DAY OF APRIL. A. D. , 1920, <br /> at seven-thirty o ' clock P . M. , then and there to act on the follow- <br /> ing articles: <br /> Art. 1. To receive the report of any Board of Town Officers or of <br /> any Committee of the town for action thereon, and to appoint other <br /> Committees. <br /> -__ Art. 2. To see if the Town- will vote to appropriate additional <br /> funds for the maintenance of the Police Department, or act in any <br /> manner relating thereto. <br /> Art. 3 . To see if the Town will vote to appropriate additional <br /> funds for the Law Department, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br /> Art. 4. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 240 of the <br /> Acts of 1920, being "An Act to Permit, under public regulation and <br /> control, certain sports and games on the Lord' s Day." <br /> Art. 5. To see what action the Town will take relative to giving <br /> suitable names to the Cemeteries of the Town, or act in any manner <br /> relating thereto . <br /> Art. 6 . To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for the <br /> purpose of paying for the publication by the Assessors of a valua- <br /> tion list of town property in accordance with the vote passed at <br /> an adjourned town meeting held March 22 , 1920. <br />
