RECEIVED <br /> 0 '"10 I Feb,, "W1am <br /> Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> Thursday December 15th 2022 TOWN CL,ERK <br /> Public Hearing <br /> LEXINGTON <br /> Remote Zoom Meeting <br /> Meeting id#: 946 6577 3845 <br /> 5:00 PM <br /> Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair), Jeanne Krieger (Vice Chair), Kevin <br /> Beuttell, Bob Creech, David Horton, Lisa O'Brien, Mark Sandeen, Melinda Walker <br /> Committee Members Absent: Bob Pressman <br /> Other Attendees: Cristina Burwell (MCA Executive Director), Steve Poltorzycki (MCA Board <br /> Member), Brian Healey (MCA Architect), Sandhya Beebee (Capital Expenditures Committee <br /> Liaison), Melissa Battite (Director, Lexington Recreation Department), Christine Dean (Lexington <br /> Recreation Department),Jeff Howry(Archaeologist), Anne Grady, Charles Hornig <br /> Administrative Assistant: Christopher Tierney <br /> Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 5:11 <br /> Needs Assessment: Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the Needs Assessment Report, <br /> copies of which are available online. Ms. Fenollosa noted that a public hearing is required by <br /> Section 5 (b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine "the needs, possibilities and <br /> resources of the city or town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources, <br /> notice of which shall be posted publicly and published for each of two weeks preceding a <br /> hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or town". Ms. Fenollosa stated that the <br /> meeting had been advertised in the Lexington Minuteman on December 1st and December 81h <br /> There being no public comments or questions, the public hearing was subsequently closed. Ms. <br /> Fenollosa requested a motion to accept the report and place it on the CPC website. After a <br /> motion was duly made and seconded the Committee conducted a roll call vote (8-0) to approve <br /> the report and place it on the CPC website. <br /> Other Business: There being no other business, a motion to adjourn was duly made, seconded <br /> and approved by unanimous roll call vote.
