Ms. Fenollosa noted that a public hearing is required by <br /> Section 5 (b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine "the needs, possibilities and <br /> resources of the city or town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources, <br /> notice of which shall be posted publicly and published for each of two weeks preceding a <br /> hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or town". Ms. Fenollosa stated that the <br /> meeting had been advertised in the Lexington Minuteman on December 1st and December 81h <br /> There being no public comments or questions, the public hearing was subsequently closed. Ms. <br /> Fenollosa requested a motion to accept the report and place it on the CPC website. After a <br /> motion was duly made and seconded the Committee conducted a roll call vote (8-0) to approve <br /> the report and place it on the CPC website. <br /> Other Business: There being no other business, a motion to adjourn was duly made, seconded <br /> and approved by unanimous roll call vote.
